CNR 2015: Exhibition: Emir Ceren (TUR): Metamorphosis

Emir Ceren is graduated as a visual communication designer in Izmir. He is now based as a visual designer in the Turkish city.

In the memory of Franz Kafka, I redesigned the book layout & cover and prepared a branding exhibition to refresh his novel The Metamorphosis. It was a school project during my 3rd year, in the Fall of 2012.

To me, Franz Kafka is a very important personality and The Metamorphosis is a genuine life-changing book. My project aims to state and highlight modern slavery and how the popular culture and globalisation take our identities and transform us into clones.

At Cafe Neu Romance 2015 he will exhibit his complete branding project of The Metamorphosis, which includes:

- a book cover
- a poster
- an interactive indoor poster
- a bookmark series (x 3)
- a display box
- packaging paper designs (2 variations)
- a mouse pad
- a set of coasters
- a series of magnets
- a series of exhibition banners
